This simple freeware application works pretty well, considering the basic is the interface. It has two main features: to download FLV files from YouTube and convert them to larger sizes. This is one of the lightest editors around, but the simplistic interface hides its function and is performed exactly as advertised. We would like to see support in future editions of the hunt for missing codecs, and version 2. 1.5 and earlier will not work because of embed code changes on YouTube itself.
